Mobilisierung der neuralen Strukturen bei einer Patientin mit sekundärem Armlymphödem nach Brusttumorinterventionen[*]

Zusammenfassung

Bei einer Patientin mit sekundärem Armlymphödem nach Brusttumorinterventionen wurde die physiotherapeutische Behandlung anhand des LPT-Cycles analysiert und geplant. Neben entstauenden Maßnahmen kamen dabei zur Schmerzbeseitigung spezielle Nervenmobilisationen zum Einsatz.

Abstract

A physiotherapeutic management of a female patient with secondary lymphatic edema after breast tumor intervention was analysed and planned with the help of the LPT-Cycle. In addition to anti-congestive measures specific neural mobilisation was implemented for pain relief.
