Zusammenfassung
Die Lipomatose des Dünndarms wurde erstmalig 1906 durch Hellström beschrieben. Bis zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt ergab eine entsprechende Literaturrecherche weniger als 30 publizierte Fälle weltweit. Die Lipome des Dünndarms zählen zu den benignen Dünndarmtumoren. Diese haben einen Anteil von 1,5-6,5 % aller gastrointestinaler Neoplasien. Die diffuse, nodulär-polypöse Dünndarmlipomatose, beschreibt multiple Lipome in einem einzelnen Dünndarmsegment oder im gesamten Dünndarm, sie ist eine patho-morphologische Seltenheit.
Abstract
The lipomatosis of the small intestine was first described by Hellström in 1906. The study of the literature showed less than 30 published case reports so far. The lipomas of the small intestine belong to the benign tumors. They make up about 1.5-6.5 % of all gastrointestinal neoplasms. The diffuse, nodular-polypoid lipomatosis of the small intestine is a extreme rarity. It describes either the presence of multiple lipomas in one segment of the small intestine or the affection of the whole small intestine.
