Homöopathische Behandlung von Kindern mit ADS - Ergebnisse der Berner Doppelblindstudie

Das Aufmerksamkeitsdefizitsyndrom (ADS) ist eine Kombination verschiedener kognitiver Störungen mit Hyperaktivität/Impulsivität oder Passivität und ist die am häufigsten diagnostizierte psychische Störung im Kindes- und Jugendalter [2] [3]. 3-5 % aller Kinder und Jugendlichen leiden an dieser Krankheit, welche die Familie und das soziale Umfeld stark beeinflusst. Kinder mit ADS werden als Unruhestifter, Störenfriede, Schulversager, Außenseiter oder Faulpelze wahrgenommen.

Die konventionelle medikamentöse Behandlung besteht vorwiegend aus Stimulanzien, die unter das Betäubungsmittelgesetz fallen. Eltern, die solche Medikamente für ihr Kind ablehnen, suchen zunehmend nach homöopathischen Alternativen [4] [5].
