Introduction
Aortic arch reconstruction remains a challenge for the cardiothoracic surgeon. Prolonged periods of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA) have been shown to be the most important intraoperative determinant for adverse outcomes [[1], [2], [3]]. We present our simplified technique in which we used two grafts for arch reconstruction without DHCA.
