Abstract

Zusammenfassung

Dies ist der zweite Teil einer Übersichtsarbeit zur radiologischen Darmdiagnostik. Nachdem im ersten Teil die konventionellen Röntgenverfahren und der Ultraschall behandelt worden sind, werden im zweiten Teil die Möglichkeiten und Einsatzgebiete von Computertomografie (CT) und Magnetresonanztomografie (MRT) inklusive virtueller Kolonografie und PET-CT vorgestellt. Im Einzelnen werden die Indikationen, die technische Durchführung und die diagnostische Aussagekraft der Verfahren erörtert. Zu den einzelnen Verfahren werden jeweils typische Untersuchungsprotokolle vorgeschlagen. In einer abschließenden Zusammenfassung wird anhand konkreter Fragestellungen die diagnostische Wertigkeit sowohl der konventionellen Röntgenverfahren als auch der Schnittbildverfahren unter Berücksichtigung der (Kapsel-)Endoskopie diskutiert.

Abstract

This is the second part of a review of bowel imaging. While the first part addressed conventional X-ray techniques and ultrasonography, the second part discusses the diagnostic features of computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) including virtual colonography and PET-CT in the diagnosis of bowel disorders. Indications, performance and the diagnostic impact of the different methods are presented and discussed in the context of competitive methods such as (capsule-)endoscopy.
