Introduction
Eosinophilic granuloma is a rare and benign disease of unknown etiology, also called histiocytosis X or histiocytosis of Langerhans cells [[4]]. Eosinophilic granuloma presents as a solitary bone lesion mainly affecting young patients. The most common locations in pediatric and adult patients are the skull, ribs and pelvis [[5]].
