1st Annual Amsterdam Live Endoscopy Course
Now offering reduced fee to ESGE Individual Members
Attend the first Amsterdam Live Endoscopy Course
The Academic Medical Center has a huge experience in Endoscopy Live Demonstrations since 1989. In 2007 it will stage the first in a future annual series of new live endoscopy courses. On December 17 & 18 2007 it will take place in the prestigious Okura Conference Center in Amsterdam.

ERCP, EMR, DBE, Colonoscopy, EUS, EPT, Cystdrainage, FNA, VCE, Stenting, ESD, Polypectomy
The emphasis during the course will be on live demonstrations, transmitted from the endoscopy rooms at the Academic Medical Center. The focus will be on state-of-the-art advanced therapeutic endoscopy, mixed with some recent developments. At the end of day 1 and start of day 2 participants will have the opportunity to gather in small groups for specialized teaching sessions with the guest faculty. Together with the local faculty, doctors and nurses, this event promises to provide top-class postgraduate education.

Accreditation has been requested from the United European Medical Specialists organisation and from the Dutch societies of Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine and Surgery.
Fee Reduction for ESGE Individual Members
The 1st Annual Amsterdam Live Endoscopy Course is a Category C event taking place under the patronage of the ESGE, and the ESGE is happy to announce that there is a 20% reduction for all ESGE Individual Members registering before October 1, 2007. Members will be requested to submit their member ID number.
ESGE Individual membership is open to physicians (or trainees) with formal training in gastroenterology, surgery or internal medicine, who wish to benefit and also to contribute to the Society's purpose to promote good endoscopy.
