One of the great privileges I have had in my career through the years has been the opportunity to participate in the training of many talented young physicians through the Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship Program in conjunction with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Passing on one's own experiences and thoughts regarding the practice of facial plastic as well as specific techniques has been a genuine pleasure and something I continue to enjoy. Likewise, it is pleasurable to see those individuals develop their own practices as well as their own concepts and techniques. Dr. Nassif was an outstanding fellow and continues to be a fine contributor to facial plastic and reconstructive surgery including his contributions to our literature. He is an innovative individual and I compliment him (as well as continue to possess a great deal of pride in his progress and contributions) as he continues to innovate and help develop new and additional techniques.
