Zusammenfassung
Die Lunge ist bei vielen Autoimmunerkrankungen betroffen. Der vorliegende Übersichtsartikel stellt die pulmonalen Manifestationsformen der Vaskulitiden, rheumatischer Erkrankungen und Kollagenosen dar. Das klinische Bild und das diagnostische Vorgehen werden beschrieben.
Summary
Pulmonary involvement is commonly seen in autoimmune disease. In this review the clinical presentation of pulmonary involvement in vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis and connective tissue disease is presented. Clinical symptoms and diagnostic approach will be discussed.
