Intracranial aneurysms accompany agenesis in 25-43% of the patients. We present a unique patient with a saccular aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery associated with agenesis of contralateral internal carotid artery. Key words internal carotid artery - intracranial aneurysm - agenesis - collateral circulation Full Text References References 1 Smith Jr KR, Nelson JS, Dooley Jr JM.
