Arterieller Shuntzufluss durch eine Gefäßprothese - Der Einsatz von Gefäßprothesen in der Shuntchirurgie

Die postanastomotische Stenose der Shuntvene kann, wenn eine einfache Reanastomose nicht sinnvoll erscheint, mit einer Gefäßprothese meist ohne hämodynamische Probleme einfach korrigiert werden. Funktionsstörungen der zuführenden Arterie können ebenfalls mit einer Gefäßprothese überbrückt werden. Unter Beachtung der hämodynamischen Gesetze lassen sich dabei Neuanlage oder Erhalt einer Shuntvene ideal kombinieren mit der Vermeidung oder Beseitigung eines Steal-Syndroms.

Functional disturbances of the inflowing artery may also be bypassed by means of a vascular prosthesis. New introduction or preservation of a shunt can be ideally combined with the avoidance or remedy of a steal syndrome while paying due attention to haemodynamics (proximalization of the arterial leak).
