ABSTRACT

A case of prenatal sonographic diagnosis of a quadruple nuchal cord is presented. Perinatal assessment included nonstress, oxytocin challenge testing, and Doppler veloc-imetry studies of the umbilical artery and fetal vibratory acoustic stimulation. Obstetric management of this case is discussed.
