In the second article of this series, published in Links issue 3/2008 , a correction is needed. On page 155, under the heading Source, on the 5th line, it reads: “Note: abbreviations of drugs remain changed [to maintain the logic of DJK].” This should be: “Note: abbreviations of drugs remain unchanged [to maintain the logic of DJK].”
