Zusammenfassung

Das Blutdruckverhalten während der Schwangerschaft in normalen Grenzen ist wichtig für die Gesundheit von Mutter und Kind. Sowohl zu hoher als auch zu niedriger Blutdruck der Mutter beeinträchtigt die Entwicklung des Feten. Hypertensive Schwangerschaftserkrankungen mit der potenziellen Entwicklung einer Präeklampsie sind eine häufige Ursache der perinatalen Mortalität und Müttersterblichkeit. Eine engmaschige Blutdruckkontrolle mit den modernsten Messmethoden ist geeignet, eine Risikoentwicklung frühzeitig zu erkennen und die Therapiesteuerung optimal zu gestalten. Für die antihypertensive Medikation kommen nur wenige Substanzen zur Auswahl.

Abstract

Maintenance of blood pressure within normal limits during pregnancy is important for the health of both mother and baby. Not only high maternal blood pressure but also low values have a negative impact on fetal development. Hypertensive diseases in pregnancy with the potential to develop into preeclampsia are a frequent cause of perinatal mortality and maternal deaths. Close blood pressure monitoring comprising modern methods and devices allows early recognition of risk developments and optimal guidance of antihypertensive therapy. Only a few substances are suitable for antihypertensive treatment in pregnancy.
