Endoluminale Varikosebehandlung: Stellenwert der Duplexsonografie (Teil 2)

Zusammenfassung

Im ersten Teil haben wir uns mit dem Stellenwert der Duplexsonografie bei der Abklärung der Varikose befasst. Der vorliegende Artikel befasst sich mit der präinterventionellen, der intra- und postinterventionellen Duplexsonografie bei endoluminalen Verfahren zur Behandlung von Varizen. Sie ist Voraussetzung zur Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle einer solchen Therapieform.

Abstract

Part one addressed the value of duplex ultrasound in the diagnostic workup of varicosis. The present article discusses the use of preinterventional, intrainterventional and postinterventional duplex ultrasound in endoluminal methods for the treatment of varices. It is a prerequisite for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of this form of therapy.
