Die Grundlagen der interventionellen Sonografie
The Basics of Interventional UltrasoundPublication History
Publication Date:
13 November 2007 (online)
Kernaussagen
-
Core statements
-
Ultrasound guided interventions may be performed either “free-hand” or with a needle guidance attached to the transducer.
-
Biopsy is performed with either fine needles or coarse needles and may be aspiration biopsies or core biopsies.
-
Ultrasound guided intervention has a low mortality risk and low risk of complications.
-
There is no international consensus as to the exact values of the laboratory data at which a biopsy should not be performed.
