Kopfschmerz vom Spannungstyp – Diagnostik und Therapie

Fast jeder Mensch leidet in seinem Leben unter einem „Kopfschmerz vom Spannungstyp“. Auch wenn dieser primäre Kopfschmerz bei niedriger Frequenz oft als nicht so belastend wie z.B. die Migräne empfunden wird, kann gerade die häufig auftretende episodische und die chronische Verlaufsform mit einem hohen Leidensdruck einhergehen. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie der Kopfschmerz vom Spannungstyp korrekt diagnostiziert und optimal behandelt werden kann.
