Bei vielen muskuloskelettalen Beschwerden lindert Bewegung die Schmerzen und verbessert die Funktionsfähigkeit. Körperliche Aktivität zeigt aber auch systemische Effekte, die sich positiv auf die Psyche und mehrere Organsysteme auswirken können.
