Trainingsorganisation im ambulanten Setting

Ein Trainingsprogramm für Patient*innen mit chronischen Rückenschmerzen versucht, aktuelle wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse in das ambulante physiotherapeutische Praxissetting zu integrieren. Das akribisch organisierte Programm dauert neun Monate und setzt auf die Kombination von Kraft- und individuellem Ausdauertraining. Phasen mit Eigentrainings fördern die Fähigkeit zur autonomen Selbsthilfe und die Veränderung des Lebensstils.
