Physiotherapeutisches Management eines Teenagers mit CRPS-I

Zwei Jahre nach einem scheinbar banalen Pronationstrauma leidet die 17-jährige Lisa trotz diverser ambulanter und stationärer Interventionen noch immer unter massiven Schmerzen und einer ausgeprägten Allodynie. Erst das Clinical Reasoning und der Austausch mit einem spezialisierten Kollegen liefern Hinweise auf eine zentrale Maladaption. Dank des multimodalen Managements zeigen sich heute erste Erfolge in der Rehabilitation.
