Damiana (Turnera diffusa) ist eine Heilpflanze mit vielfältigen Eigenschaften: Sie zählt zu den wenigen verlässlichen pflanzlichen Aphrodisiaka. Zudem besitzt sie eine ausgleichende Wirkung auf das Hormonsystem und begleitet sanft, aber effektiv die Behandlung von stressbedingten Beschwerden, Angstzuständen und Depressionen.
