Sonografische Diagnostik bei Sigmadivertikulitis

Zusammenfassung

Die Fallbeschreibung demonstriert die sonogra­fische Diagnostik einer Sigmadivertikulitis, im konkreten Fall eines 44-jährigen Patienten. Besprochen werden die Differenzialdiagnose des linksseitigen Unterbauchschmerzes, die sonografischen Zeichen der Divertikulose und Divertikulitis und die Bedeutung der sonografischen Untersuchung für das weitere Vorgehen.

Abstract

This paper describes the ultrasonographic diagnosis of sigma diverticulitis in the case of a 44-year-old male patient. Discussed are the differential diagnosis of the left side abdominal pain, the sonographical signs of sigma diverticulosis and diverticulitis and the role of ultrasonography for the patients outcome.
