Zusammenfassung
Ganzkörper-Vibrationstraining (Whole body vibration training, WBVT) wird immer mehr zur Muskelkräftigung angewendet. Diese Literaturstudie fand moderate Evidenz dafür, dass WBVT bei älteren Personen positive Effekte zur Muskelkräftigung haben kann.
Abstract
Whole body vibration training (WBVT) is currently being increasingly used for muscle strengthening. This literature review found moderate evidence that WBVT can have positive effects on muscle strengthening in elderly humans.
