Laparoscopic Exploration Diagnoses Porocephalosis in Children: 2 Case Reports and a Review of the Literature

Introduction
Porocephalosis is a rare parasitic infestation. We report on 2 patients diagnosed with porocephalosis after laparoscopic exploration: one was a 12 œ-year-old boy with recurrent and chronic abdominal pain for 5 months and the other a 3-year-old girl with fever.
