Benignes biliäres Zystadenom – eine seltene Differenzialdiagnose

Einleitung

Biliäre Zystadenome sind seltene gutartige zystische Neoplasien der Leber, die weniger als 5 % der zystischen Läsionen biliären Ursprungs ausmachen. Sie kommunizieren jedoch gemeinhin nicht mit dem Gallenwegssystem und sind zumeist in der rechten Leberhälfte lokalisiert. Frauen mittleren Alters sind am häufigsten betroffen [1] [2] . 

Wir berichten über den seltenen Fall eines männlichen Patienten mit einem biliären Zystadenom, das mit dem Gallengangssystem kommunizierte.
