Introduction
The Leydig cell tumor is a testicular tumor with a low incidence and accounts for 1–3 % of testicular neoplasms. It appears most frequently as a testicular nodule usually detected in US evaluation. However, although highly sensitive in detecting even small testicular lesions, US and color Doppler US are not considered particularly accurate for differentiating benign from malignant testicular lesions. The introduction of contrast agents and elastosonography has opened new possibilities in the field of US in several organs. We present a case of Leydig cell tumor studied with elastosonography and CEUS.
