Leberabszess bei Echinococcus-granulosus-Zyste der Leber

Zusammenfassung

Die Diagnose einer Infektion mit Echinococcus granulosus basiert auf der Anamnese, der klinischen Untersuchung, dem Ultraschall, der Computertomografie und serologischen Labortests. Wir berichten über eine Patientin, bei der differenzialdiagnostisch eine biliäre Leberabszedierung erwogen wurde.

Abstract

The diagnosis of Echinococcus granulosus infection is based on history-taking, physical examination, ultrasound and CT examination and serological testing. In this case report we report about the differntial diagnosis of a biliary liver abscess.
