Zusammenfassung
In dem vorliegenden Fall berichten wir über eine Patientin, die 1998 cholezystektomiert wurde und seitdem rezidivierend Cholangitiden hatte und mehrfach ERCPiert worden ist. Wir stellen nun die Diagnose eines tief mündenden, prominenten Zystikusstumpfs, der als Nukleationszentrum für Rezidivsteine fungiert und nach Papillotomie aszendierende Infekte aufgrund des fehlenden kontraktilen Elements im Stumpf begünstigt. Die Patientin wird zwecks einer operativen Sanierung chirurgisch vorgestellt.
Abstract
Here we report the case of a female patient with recurrent cholangites after cholecystectomy in the year 1998. Since then the patient has underwent ERCPs repeatedly. Now we diagnose a low insertion of prominent cystic duct. This acts as a nucleation center for recurrent stones, and facilitates ascending infections after papillotomy because of the missing contractile elements in the amputation stump. Therefor the patient is presented for the purpose of a surgical rehabilitation
