Anamnese
Ein 42-jähriger Patient wird mit einer Hemihypästhesie der gesamten rechten Körperseite, inklusive des Gesichtes, einer überwiegend motorischen Aphasie und leichtem Absinken im Armhalteversuch rechts vom Notarzt eingeliefert. Bei Eintreffen in der Notaufnahme ist die Symptomatik ca. 5 Stunden nach Beginn wieder deutlich rückläufig. Er klagt über heftige (VAS = 9; 0 = keine Schmerzen, 10 = schlimmste vorstellbare Schmerzen), pulsierende bilaterale, frontal betonte Kopfschmerzen mit Übelkeit.
