Filaggrin-Mutationen (FLG) sind wesentliche genetische Determinanten für eine atopische Dermatitis (AD), ihr Einfluss auf die Symptomschwere ist aber nicht sicher belegt. N. Ballardini et al. haben verschiedene Risikofaktoren für ein schweres Ekzem im Rahmen der schwedischen Geburtskohortenstudie BAMSE untersucht.
