Fazit

Die perkutane Thermoablation ist eine wesentliche Ergänzung bestehender Therapieverfahren pulmonaler Neoplasien. Die Technik ist jedoch in der Anwendbarkeit begrenzt. Die bisher vorliegenden Daten sind in Umfang und Qualität begrenzt, zeigen jedoch, dass in erfahrenen Händen mit etablierten Techniken vergleichbare Resultate erzielt werden können.
