Anamnese

Ein 30-jähriger Patient erlitt in einem Freizeitpark plötzlich eine mittelgradige Hemiparese links, die sich im Verlauf einiger Stunden wieder komplett zurück bildete. Bei Aufnahme berichtete der Patient darüber hinaus über ein bereits seit mehreren Wochen bestehendes unspezifisches Krankheitsgefühl mit deutlicher Leistungseinschränkung, ständiger Müdigkeit und rezidivierenden Kopfschmerzen. Fieber habe er nicht gemessen.
