So sehr sich unterschiedliche Verfahren zur Therapie struktureller ­Störungen der Persönlichkeit in der Theorie unterscheiden – in der Praxis führen sie oft zu ganz ähnlichen Ergebnissen. Dieser Beitrag skizziert ein auf OPD-Struktur- und -Beziehungsachse basierendes ­Modell, um scheinbar widersprüchliche Forschungsbefunde ­integrieren zu können und Anhaltspunkte für eine gelingende fokusorientierte Beziehungsgestaltung im klinischen Alltag zu erhalten.
