We greatly appreciate the efforts of Dr. Cho, as well as all of the contributing authors, for their great work in this issue of Seminars. The issue provides a comprehensive review of neurorheumatology and the amazing progress that has been made in this field, including new diagnostic and therapeutic options. I am personally indebted to Dr. Cho for his true friendship over many years, and for all the amazing things that he has taught me personally. We hope that you enjoy this fantastic issue!
