Abstract
We report on a 19-year-old female patient with Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (MRKHS), who developed within two months an alopecia areata totalis. This rare syndrome is presented and a possible relationship to the hair disease and therapeutic options including methylprednisolone pulse therapy are discussed.
