Die Fortbildungsveranstaltung „Nephrologie Up2Date“ der AbbVie Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG überraschte in diesem Jahr mit einem neuartigen Programm. Markanteste Änderung: Nephrologen und Fachpflegekräfte aus einem Zentrum konnten gemeinsam an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen, die in parallelen Workshops organisiert ist. Neu war außerdem die Vielfalt der Themen, die die Veranstaltung abdeckt. Das wichtige Thema sHPT/Mineral- und Knochenstörungen stand ebenso auf dem Programm wie Vorträge zur Peritonealdialyse, Hypertonie, Optimierung der Dialysetechnik, Labordiagnostik sowie zur Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Patienten. Die Fortbildung bot also ein Update zu allen relevanten Bereichen des nephrologischen Alltags.
