Kurse zu Crew-Resource-Management, gestaltet nach Vorbildern aus der Luftfahrt, sind auch in der Medizin en vogue. Sie sollen Teamprozesse fördern und damit letztendlich die Patientensicherheit. In wie weit das wirklich den Patienten nutzt, bleibt aber noch in vielen Punkten offen.
