* Diese Leitlinie wurde im Auftrag der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Phlebologie (DGP) ausgearbeitet, vom Vorstand und im wissenschaftlichen Beirat der DGP am 5. Mai 2004 verabschiedet. Diese Leitlinie berücksichtigt den aktuellen Stand der Literatur, aber nicht die in jedem Fall unterschiedliche Zulassungsbestimmungen für die verschiedenen Pharmaka.
