Zusammenfassung

Die Arthrose kann aufgrund ihrer Neigung zur Progredienz mit morphologischen und funktionellen Defektzuständen einhergehen und in Folge davon mit einer Beeinträchtigung der funktionellen und funktionalen Gesundheit. Physikalische Therapiemaßnahmen sind im multimodalen Behandlungsregime oft notwendig. Die differenzialindikative Verordnung und aktuelle Evidenzlage der nonpharmakologischen Therapie ist Gegenstand der vorliegenden Übersichtsarbeit.

Summary

Osteoarthritis usually progress towards morphologic and functional deficits and thus cause impairment of physical health. Physiotherapeutic strategies are indispensable. The article presents a current overview of evidence-based physiotherapeutic strategies for osteoarthritis in daily practice.
