Geboten wird ein knapper Überblick über die Fachliteratur und die Fortführung der Thematik bis in die zeitgenössische Literatur.
Summary
The interest of psychopathology and literature in delusional misidentification syndromes (DMS) since Goethe’s heautoscopic experience after leaving his girlfriend Friederike Brion (1771) has never stopped. The paper gives a short insight into the tradition of this very specific literary topic up to the contemporary literature.
