Bei einer 11-jährigen Patientin bestand seit einigen Wochen ein subkutaner, schmerzhafter Knoten in der Glutealregion. Die junge Patientin konnte sich an Traumata nicht erinnern. Fieber und Schüttelfrost wurden verneint. Die Patientin hatte in ihrer Vorgeschichte keinerlei Nebenerkrankungen. Die Familienanamnese sowie die Auslandsanamnese waren leer.
