Anamnese

Ein bislang gesunder 36-jähriger Bürokaufmann stellte sich aufgrund einer seit 2 Tagen bestehenden peripheren Fazialisparese rechts vor. 5 Tage zuvor verspürte er rechtsseitige Ohrenschmerzen und einen Tinnitus. Eine ambulante HNO-ärztliche Untersuchung wies eine Mittelohrentzündung nach, eine Antibiose mit Cefaclor 500 mg 3-m pro Tag wurde begonnen. Im Verlauf trat eine Fazialisparese rechts auf, die zur notfallmäßigen Aufnahme in unsere Klinik führte.
