The 2-vinyl-1H-phosphirenes 4 and 9, easily accessible from 1-chloro-2-vinyl-1H-phosphirenes 3 by nucleophilic substitution at phosphorus, react with organolithium derivatives to furnish the title compounds 6, 8, and 10. The 1H-phosphirenes 11 behave differently and give rise to the vinylallenes 15.
