Eine vitale unilaterale Gemini-Tubargravidität - Sonographische Diagnostik und laparoskopische Sanierung

Zusammenfassung

Ektope Zwillingsschwangerschaften sind selten. Meist handelt es sich hierbei um ein gleichzeitiges Auftreten einer Tubargravidität in Kombination mit einer intrauterinen Schwangerschaft. Die Kasuistik beschreibt den seltenen Fall einer vitalen unilateralen ektopen Zwillingsschwangerschaft der 7. Schwangerschaftswoche und deren vaginalsonographische Diagnostik. Bei der Patientin wurde eine laparoskopische Salpingektomie durchgeführt. Die Arbeit gibt einen Überblick über die gegenwärtige Literatur.

Ectopic twin pregnancy is rare. Most frequently it occurs as a heterotopic pregnancy located simultaneously in the the fallopian tube and in the uterus. An unusual case of an intact unilateral ectopic twin pregnancy in the 7th week of gestation was diagnosed at this early stage by TVS (transvaginal ultrasound). The patient was successfully treated by laparoscopic salpingectomy. A review of the current literature is discussed.
