Fetale Gallenblase und Gallensteine

Zusammenfassung

Fetale Anomalien der Gallenblase und fetale Gallensteine stellen eine absolute Rarität dar. Wir berichten über eine prospektive Untersuchung zur Darstellbarkeit der fetalen Gallenblase in Bezug zum Schwangerschaftsalter sowie zur Ermittlung der Inzidenz fetaler Gallensteine. Die Darstellbarkeitsrate der Gallenblase steigt von 28,5 % unter der 16. SSW auf 98 % jenseits der 32. SSW. Wir ermittelten eine fetale Gallensteininzidenz von 0,07 %.

Fetal Gallbladder and Gallstones

Fetal anomalies of the gallbladder and fetale gallstones are extremly rare. We report a prospective study to assess the gallbladder detection rate according to gestational age and the incidence of fetal gallstones. The gallbladder detection rate increases from 28.5 % below the 16th up to 98 % over the 32nd week of gestation. We find out a fetal gallstone incidence of 0.07 %.
