Zusammenfassung

Die posttraumatische Arthrose des distalen Radioulnargelenkes gehört zu den Komplikationen, welche nach einer distalen Radiusfraktur auftreten können. Wir stellen in der folgenden Arbeit den Fall einer 80-jährigen Patientin vor, die beidseits mit UHP-Prothesen versorgt wurde. Es handelt sich dabei weltweit um die erste Patientin, die nach posttraumatisch erlittenen Arthrosen in dieser Form behandelt wurde. Die Arbeit erläutert diese Operationsmethode im Vergleich zu den zur Verfügung stehenden gebräuchlichen Operationstechniken.

Ulnar head prosthesis - new chance of successful treatment in posttraumatic disorders of the distal radioulnar joint

Summary

Posttraumatic disorders of the distal radioulnarjoint can complicate quite common fractures of distal radial bones. We present a case report of an 80-year-old patient, who was treated by an UH-Prosthesis first time world wide bilaterally. Describing the operation technique we discuss common methods of treatment in posttraumatic disorders of the distal radioulnar joint.

Résumé

L'arthrose posttraumatique radio-ulnaire représente une complication pouvant se produire après fracture de l'extrémité distale du radius. Nous présentons dans ce travail le cas d'une patiente de 80 ans traitée par prothèse UHP bilatérale. Il s'agit de la première patiente au monde traitée de cette façon pour une arthrose posttraumatique. La méthode opératoire est exposée en comparaison avec les autres techniques opératoires à notre disposition.

Los desórdenes postraumáticos de la articulación radiocubital distal pueden complicar fracturas comunes del radio distal. Presentamos un caso de una paciente de 80 años de edad, quien fue tratado con una Prótesis UH bilateral por primera vez en el mundo. Se describe la técnica operatoria y se discuten métodos comunes de tratamiento de los desórdenes postraumáticos de la articulación radiocubital distal.
