Zusammenfassung

Die distale Obstruktion im harnableitenden System des Feten führt proximal der Engstelle zum Rückstau des Harns und zur Dilatation der Harnblase sowie zur Erweiterung des Nierenhohlraumsystems. Im Extremfall kann es nach der Ausbildung einer Megavesica zur intrauterinen Ruptur der fetalen Harnblase kommen. Anhand zweier Fallbeispiele werden die prä- und postnatal durchgeführten Therapiemaßnahmen beschrieben und die Möglichkeit der intrauterinen Spontanheilung der rupturierten Harnblase diskutiert.

Abstract

Lower urinary tract ostruction in fetuses causes megacystis, megaureter and hydronephrosis. The spontaneous rupture of the fetal bladder represents a rare complication in cases of total bladder outlet obstruction. We report about two different cases, present prae- and postnatal therapeutic regimes and discuss the possibility of spontaneous healing of a ruptured fetal bladder before delivery.
