Zusammenfassung
Die Behandlung des akuten Myokardinfarktes hat sich nicht nur durch Thrombolytika verändert. Durch verbesserte infrastrukturelle Voraussetzungen - wie Vorhaltung von Herzkatheterlabors mit 24-h-Bereitschaft in Anbindung an herzchirurgische Zentren - haben sich Veränderungen bei der Therapiestrategie ergeben. Eine 4-jährige Dokumentation aller im Bundesland Salzburg prähospital lysierten Patienten soll zeigen, dass eine Kombination aus prähospitaler Lyse und anschließender invasiver Katheterdiagnostik eine vernünftige und richtungweisende Behandlungsoption darstellen kann.
Abstract
The therapy of acute myocardial infarction has not only changed due to treatment with thrombolytic agents, but also because of intracoronary diagnostic and therapy available almost 24 hours a day. On the other hand the strategy of treatment in acute MI has become more different. A four years documentation of prehospital thrombolytic therapy in acut MI in the district of Salzburg/Austria shows, that the combination of thrombolytic therapy and inhospital percutaneous coronary intervention is a safe, useful and promising concept.
