Duodenaldivertikulitis als seltene Ursache eines akuten Abdomens

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 61-jährige Patientin, die mit den Symptomen eines akuten Abdomens auf die Notfallstation eintrat. Die Computertomographie stellte die Verdachtsdiagnose einer akuten Duodenaldivertikulitis, welche dann endoskopisch und mit einer Magen-Darm-Kontrastmittel-Passage bestätigt wurde. Nach Antibiotika-Therapie konnte die Patientin beschwerdefrei nach Hause entlassen werden.

Abstract

We report on the case of a 61-years-old female patient that presented at our emergency unit with acute abdomen symptoms.

Computed tomography led to suspected duodenal diverticultis; this diagnosis was subsequently confirmed by endoscopy and contrast study. Antibiotic treatment was initiated and the patient was released from the hospital in good health.
