Fragestellung

Eine 50-jährige Patientin stellte sich wegen Inappetenz, Völlegefühl und Sodbrennen vor. Sie hatte in den letzten 6 Wochen 4 kg an Gewicht abgenommen. Anamnestisch wurde vor 8 Jahren ein Mammakarzinom operiert, ansonsten bestanden keine Vorerkrankungen.

Die Laborwerte (BB, Elektrolyte, Leber- und Nierenwerte) waren unauffällig. Die Oberbauchsonographie ergab den in Abb. [1] und [2] dargestellten Befund.

Welcher pathologische Befund ist erkennbar und welche weiteren apparativen Untersuchungen sind indiziert?
